Hailing from Salerno, Amalfi Coast in Italy, Chef Vito Gnazzo embarked on his culinary journey at the prestigious three Michelin Star restaurant Antica Osteria del Ponte in Milan. With a wealth of experience under his belt, Mr. Gnazzo ventured to the United States in 1981 to assume the role of Head Chef at the esteemed Il Rex in California. In 1993, he made New York his home and took on the role of Executive Chef at Sette MoMA, a move that ultimately led to the establishment of the renowned Il Gattopardo Group in collaboration with Gianfranco and Paula Sorrentino. Chef Gnazzo's unwavering dedication to showcasing the finest Italian culinary traditions shines through in his unique creations.
